Google adwords not working?

    Well i used a coupon code for $25 and it says in my account that my prepaid balances have been exhausted but i have $25 left any suggestion for getting this to work?

    Well i used a coupon code which was valid for $25 and no money has been used but it says my prepaid balance is exhausted.
