    Enter this phrase; clipper sailing ship. Click costs 96 cents.
    Then enter this phrase; sailing ship clipper, and see a list below, that old phrase - clipper sailing ship, costs 0.00 there.
    Can can you explain that fact? I cannot.

    I assume this is something to do with the adwords t ool, you're nor being very clear - but basically - it's an estimate, not a contract. The price you actually get charged is subject to many variables
