Google Adwords Leads/Traffic

I need some advice before getting to Adwords.. Does Adwords really help getting me traffic to my site? and is it cheap or expensive? Cause im having an online chat site for teens..

 

Yes it is good for the traffic purpose. It is depend on your budget, you can set your daily budget according to your need.

 

For a site in that niche to gain any traction you're going to have to spend an awful lot of money and have super fresh and interesting content to get them to stick. I'd probably look towards finding and contacting sites in a similar niche or websites which have a high teen demographic and advertise on them.
