Google Adwords India - Problem

    I signed up with Google adwords, and pre-paid Rs. 1000 through net banking. Rs. 250 is for signup fees and the rest as balance. However my account shows only Rs. 250 and no trace of the Rs. 750 anywhere.

    Also it shows
    Last Payment: None

    Any idea on this? I do not understand why Google does not have a customer support number OR email even though they are running a business.
