I have to say I have never seen a company on the net that has the worst support as google adwords. I have emailed them 4 times over a 2 week period, and I havent received a response yet! All of those email bots they have are pissing me off. They dont answer any emails! I am tired of this copy/paste CRAP! How can I get google to answer my emails because it is taking forever... I wish google would just go bankrupt and die...

I need help getting support from these idiots, any ideas?

They are usually pretty good replying emails. Give them a call.

I've found that they are usually good about replying to me. I just don't use adwords anymore because no clicks generated sales on my site. I have found other methods that work better, and I have a sneaking suspicion I was click fraud at a rate higher than 14%.

I reccomend calming down first before you call them. In my experience calling someone trying to get a problem when you are angry only makes things worse. Especially if you start calling them names. People don't respond well to that.

Same here. It takes long to get the reply sometimes, but usually it is full satisfying.

I'm shocked that you could call Adwords support the worst when I find it to be the best support. If you want an example of poor support try overture IMO.

Have you tried the live support chat yet?

I would have to agree that Google AdWords does provide some of the best customer support you will find in any company. They will bend over backwards to help you find a solution to your problem.

If you are finding that your email efforts have been unresponsive, the most likely scenario is that your email was lost in the shuffle, as their turnaround time is usually within 24 to 48 hours, and they work hard to stay within that.

In this case, I recommend that you give them a call, and a friendly support representative will take care of you. And please be nice - as Blackbeard mentioned, you're only going to make things harder if you get overly emotional on the call.

No problem at all for me. Every time I contacted them, they would reply within one day.

After reading everything I could about the Google policies for placing ads, placing one and being rejected I have come to realize that the top may or may not know what the bottom is doing.

What does that have to do with the my topic title. Well, one, its to get attention...great for Google Headlines ....but, just a bit too long. (I did not do that anyway)

I guess the corporate culture thing got me. We won't allow this or that because we think it is annoying. Fine, I don't like some of the same this or that either.

Unfortunately the "this or that" has a bit too much latitude. How much of this "this" will or will not be allowed? Tricky...huh? And there lies the problem. Who really decides. I am absolutely convinced that it is the canned email itself.

Those canned mails are cut and pasted so many times that there is now no thinking at the bottom.

When you ask that a specific be addressed it is done with one of those canned messages and embelished little.

I tend to believe that out of the box thinking at the bottom is forbidden at Google. This makes it easy for the Top because they do not have to worry that the bottom is ever gonna get it wrong.

I wish I could detail everything that has transpired between me, my ad, and google but, I have decided that I will continue to harass them. I want them to get tired of hearing from me.

I noticed that the live help button is removed from the page where it used to be. I read their page where that button used to be and discovered that I can send them a mail as an alternative should the button I wanted to use was not there. So much for 24/7 support. I will keep checking to see if that button returns.

I know how you feel. Everything is scripted & no independent thinking for themselves. The lowest of the low in the helpdesk hierarchy.

I tried to run a campaign promoting Yahoo Music Downloads & they kept knocking me back because they said the site was promoting "hacking & cracking". Nothing could've have been further from the truth. But no amount of "discussion" could get their adwords *cough* specialists *cough* to be able to discern the difference between a legitimate music service & the clickbank style services.

I find Google's support to be exceptional. However, I never e-mail them; I only phone them.

Give them a call and stop wasting your time with e-mails.

if you have huge spending in adwords google will automatically give you an account manager to respond for all your needs. i think you must spend at least 1k USD a month.

can i ask where is your location may be my account manager can help you out.
