I think something might be wrong here. Im doing about 400$ a day on google adwords. I'm spending (according to their tracking) about 35-80$ per conversion. Do i need to get this down? My profit per sale with just the cost of the products is normally only 40$. Is google adwords driving me customers in the following days but not calculating the conversions for those or what? should i stop advertising with google adwords?
how about own or affiliate tracking program? what do they say about your conversion. if it takes $35 in afwords clicks to get one conversion, then you should atleast make that much from the sale. rest is profit. however, when you start up, your cost is usually high, once you establish hostory with google and show good QS and CTR, your CPC will go down over time
i have been with google adwords for a long time now, a year id say my CPC is usually around .23 i have about 2,000$ worth of sales each day, and only 3-8 conversions come from google adwords
Sorry, but you don't give enough info to go on. If you are making a profit, stick with it. Why quit something that is bringing you in money?
