    I bought an adwords account and it has now 2150 rs or 48$ in it. I am selling the account for 10$. I will give full permissions for you. For a starter you should pay min of 25$ to open an account and you will be charged 10$ for opening an account. Instead you can go for this so that you can save your dollar.

    Can I advertise in the US with this account? Also, is this ok to do, is this against TOS for Adwords. I'm not to fimilar with Adwords rules.
