Google Adwords Ads at Top of Adsense Blocks

    This is a question of curiosity I suppose.

    Lately I'm seeing a TON of Google's own Adwords (The ones for $75) appearing in the top position on many of my Ad Blocks across all my niches.

    I'm also seeing these ads in nearly every adsense site I'm visiting, even after I clear cookies.

    How many of you have seen this behavior in your own sites? My click through is down, my traffic is steady but revenue is down.

    I see these ads as KILLERS to click through, because they do not target the niche and make the blocks appear spammy especially for ads which are placed within content.
