Hi there! I passed the Google Advertising Pro about two months ago with a score above 95 % but I still does not have access to the Client Manager center and no "certified profile" or what I can call it. I have used about 3.000$ pr month in Google Ads for about one years for this exact account. A couple of days before or after the exam I changed my primary e-mail address and made my earlier primary e-mail address secondary. Can this be the reason why I have not been recognized as a Google Advertising Individual? How do I get access to the page telling that I have passed the exam and that I am certified? I think perhaps Google have done something wrong or that I have misunderstood something(!?) Can anybody please help me with some suggestions on how to fix this? Should I contact Google?
Hi Sofus - There is obviously an error on Google's part here and it may be related to the email change you mention.. From your story above, you seem just the kind of Adwords specialist they are looking for. The only people who can give you a proper answer to your question though is Google themselves. Get in touch with your Google Rep through the contact page within your adwords account and explain everything you have above giving details of both email addresses you have and your google advertising details. I'm sure its just an automated screw up on there part, (yes it happens a lot), and the Google rep should be in touch within 2 days max. You'll also be able to call them once they have got in touch. Confident this will be sorted out once they check your details. Well done by the way on getting above 95%..
