Google Advertising Professional certification problems!

    On 6/1/2009 I passed the Google Advertising Professional Exam - BUT!
    Unfortunately I did use my personal Adwords Client ID instead of the MCC ID when registering for the Exam. I did not use a Google Candidate ID. The result: No certification logo yet!
    When looking in the Company Profile my exam doesn't seem to be registered somewhere..?
    Is it correct that I shall insert the MCC ID and not the Candidate ID or Personal Awords Account ID? (Yes, a lot of different ID's here!)
    I didn't have any candidate ID available when registering for the exam..

    I have not yet successfully gotten my Google Advertising Professional status and certification logo in the Advertising Professional and I expect this to be because of the wrong ID when I signed up for the exam?

    I used my Prometric Candidate ID and my personal Adwords client ID as mentioned above (wrong) and now it is 110 days ago since I successfully re-certified.

    Yesterday I logged into the Prometric site and updated the user information and inserted the correct Customer ID (Top Level MCC account)

    I would like to clarify if I this is enough or if need to wait another 90 days before I get my certification status or if I will get it immediately?
    Do I need to get Google to update this manually or will they automatically fetch the changes and understand that this is me - and that I belong to the MCC?
    Above 100 days ago I created a Company account and connected the MCC to this account. I attached my email address which I registered for the exam with and I am also the administrator of this Google Advertising Professional account.

    I have contacted Google 4 times through their Advertising Professional contact form the last two months but I do not get any response at all and now I am sick and tired of waiting. Shame on you Google (and on me).

    I have spent +25.000 USD during the last 90 days and the spendings are increasing rapidly due to the increase in client projects/spendings in the MCC.

    When I am not able to use this "valuable" logo in my advertisements I am not 100 % able to convince potential customers that I am the right guy to contact for Google Adwords assistance - and I loose big money!! :mad:

    During my "investigations" I have found several potential "traps" that several other users have fallen into.
    I have a good overview of the process - but a lot of people seems to have problems with the broad range of "ID's" that are being used.

    Top 3 seems to be:

    1. Candidate ID (Available from Google Advertising Professional -> My Exams.
    2. Client ID (MCC) (
    3. Client ID (Standard Adwords Accounts)
    4. Google Account


    Can anybody help me with some advice?
    I am really stuck! :)
