    Hello,

I recently started a blog and have added 1 post.

Is it too soon to apply for google adsense?

Will it be rejected because there is not enough content?

    Thanks,
    Jack

I predict your application will be rejected. Add several more posts over the next week or two, then apply.

Agreed with the two posts above.

I applied for AdSense my first day that I created my blog, and I was denied. I re-submitted a week later and was accepted within 24 hours.

You have to have some decent content before you'll get accepted.

Add some more content and then apply.

Better to have some content and get approved the first time around, saves the hassle.

Just write a few articles a day for a week. That'll give you at least 21 blog posts, which is definitely enough for an application.

It really depends, I opened one for a friend, with only 3 blog posts on a blogger account, that's it!
In less than one week, open the blogger account, post 3 blog posts, apply for adsense, wait..

Get 10 or 20 posts on there, built up over 2 or 3 weeks.

My opinion on this is that maybe its not the best idea to get Adsense as soon as possible. You need to build some viewers then slowly add some ads around the site. When I had my site, I submitted for Adsense a good month or two after we had opened. Then I just added one ad per week for about a month so I didn't seem like the site just became packed with ads all of a sudden.

    Just my thoughts.
