    I tried to apply with nexelhost.com and saiyanslookout.com can't post the actual link because of forum rules so just copy and paste.

    Hmm, not sure. All the pages seem to link well together. Perhaps they aren't taking any more web hosting pages at this time? You could contact google via email and see if they have anything to say on the issue.

    I guess the main reason are:

    nexelhost.com - dont have enough content (Contents are adsense food)
    same with saiyanslookout.com

    Yes I believe they are trying to make it tougher. Not sure where this helps advertisers any though.
