    If my account is disabled with www.site.com and i re-apply with new person's ssn# and info but put the same website www.site.com in the application will it matter ? or google wont approve the application. or if i put a differnet website and i get approved after i put the ads on my www.site.com will google care and disable this account again ?

    You do understand using someone else's SS# to sign-up for google is fraud.

    You start making money and you are talking serious felony.

    I mentioned this elsewhere, but I think Google needs to implement a minimum age of 21 for being in adsense and require proof of age.
