    you should make your site perfect in google machine analytic like unique content, not poor content and good keyword.

    You need to have a lot of rich content for google to even be interested in placing ads on a site.Once you have got good content then it will not hurt to apply.Some writing sites and blog will put ads on instantly if you have a google adsense account.
