"AD content overlap" means some of your ads are not fully visible - they are cut because are bigger than div width or are images over them /or part of them/ You need to redesign your site to be sure all ads are fully visible, in all browsers and resolutions. I have experience with similar message from Google, 3 months ago. The issue - there was "girl-fight" video on one of my video pages. It seems someone was reporting me because I found similar videos on sites with adsense ads. I had 72 hours to remove it but I preferred to stop all my video pages for two months. I rewrote the code and included badwords-filter, so pages generated to be 'clear', and ran the video pages again.
@ Showdown - Thanks for your reply!! I believe thats the problem because few ads were not fully visible. I have already stopped the ads in my site and checking each page. Google must not ban the site and account for this.
You are lucky lucky lucky! Most of them won't receive warnings instead they ban your url straight away. Redesign your theme. If can't place small unit ads or link ads.
