    OR
    2. I REMOVE PHOTOS and GOOGLE ADS both from my website just to be safe.

There is no videos on my website. I have normal content but some poses, or close-ups of breasts, butts, or crotches PHOTOS.

So after getting this warning, should i remove ads too along with the photos? Or just make changes to my website content (remove photos only).

If you remove ads from the site, then you can put whatever photos you want on it. But, if you want to continue to have ads, then you must remove the photos.

You are lucky that Google is advising you to remove naked pictures. Usually they just ban without warning.
Remove the naked pictures and everything would be okay. And make sure you read AdSense policies this time.

Maybe you should reevaluate your entire website, so that you don't have to worry about infractions and violations by Google Adsense.

Google do not support copy right items also if you are not showing or offering you visitors any copy right items But if you use the word copyright protected by XXX then Google will notify you even can remove your page

I think, it is better if you remove all the ads and pictures. After that, you review all your site, when everything clear and all right, you put Adsense ads back.

Consider yourself lucky that they didn't slap you straight on your face and just warned you.
Better avoid using your adsense account on such sites that publishes mature content, to be on the safer side.

You have to remove all the erotic content from your site, there is no way to win versus Google.

Happened to me too, I removed the problem pages (or rather problem content on the pages) then after it was fine.

I believe we should stay well within the limits of adsense tos, if you want you can also have sites with full nudity and more, but without adsense. It's cool to have both sites.
