No,If you talk about duplicated websites, it may reduce your earnings

 

i dont think they will ban for that but i think copied content is realised by google and pr and/or search results will be lower.

 

It's against the TOS to have content that is not yours.
You can be banned.

 

I was not talking about stilling people content. What I was talking about if I had like 10 arcade / video site , Then if I had something like 50 web sites With similar content but not exactly the same.

 

you won't be banned for that but it will reduce your ability to get organic traffic

 

google adsense does not look your site content (if your site is not a adult site or mp3 site or warez site) . because of this adsense will not ban you for dublicate sites
