Google Adsense Video Ads

First time i've see these on one of my sites, not quite sure how jackass the movie adverts quite fit in with my sites theme though!

Is there a way i can opt out of displaying video ads on my site?

 

Yes was supposed to be opt in only. I forget where it's located though.

 

Perhaps i opted in to it then!

Or is it a case of you have to opt out of it! I'll dig around the control panel to see what i can find.

 

Video ads are only available for few ad formats only. you have to opted for text and image ads in those ads.
its not certain to get only video ads

 

Its showing in my 250 x 250 ad format.

So the only way to stop video ads would be to set the adverts to text only? I don't mind image adverts but not too keen on video adverts!

 

Yep - change your settings to text ads only to be rid of the video ads - you'll ditch the image ads in the process too.
