We'll just assume you are in the United States...

you have to claim your Adsense earnings as additional income. If you earned over $600, they will send you a 1099 form stating exactly how much you earned.
If you use something like TurboTax or TaxCut, it's really easy..

    Here's an idea...

Take your tax returns to one of those Car Dealers that advertise they will do your taxes for free. When they complete the taxes, say no thank you to the new car and go on your merry way! :D

I'm just joking! You need to get all your business receipts in order so that you may take business deductions. Even if you are doing business as Bob Smith, you still can deduct legitimate business expenses.

You can deduct whole or part of:

    Internet Access Fees
    Hosting Account Fees
    Domain Name Fees
    PPC Advertising Fees
    Computer Hardware Purchases
Portion of Your Home and Utilities Used for Business
    And much More

Of course, you will need to complete tax forms for business. I pay an accountant to do it all for me. He's sharp, and the $150 is well worth it. Depending on the amount of your income, it may not even be worth claiming business expenses. Talk to an accountant to be sure.
