I am from India, but live in US and have a web space with a thrid party provider. I want to start using Google Adsense. I am on H1B, so I cannot really earn money from Adsense.

On the other hand, one of my family members in India can open an account and get the income checks. The question I have is that can I contribute to the content of the web site?

I am *not* an employee of the family member who has the Google Adsense account. The terms say that you should not have any employee contributing to the content or supporting the site.

How does this work? I am not earning money or the owner is not paying any money to a person in US to maintain his / her site.

Also, if I make changes to the site, google / or someother can always track that web activity (contributions to the site) is being performed from within US.
