Google Adsense support not responding these days?

The last time I contacted Google Adsense was about an year ago and at that time the response was prompt. It wasn't quick always, but atleast they would get back to me within a few days atleast. I recently submitted a request for check reissue and after a couple of days I received a (human) reply asking me to confirm it by submitting the same request again. I submitted it and replied back as well asking them an approximate time frame for receiving the credit back into my account. About 18 days went and I did not receive any reply to that. Now I was wondering whether the reissue request was received by them successfully or not. So I sent a new email (and replied to the autoresponse) and it has been about a week until now but I still haven't received a (human) reply. So I was wondering whether others contacting Google Adsense support these days are experiecing such long delays as well?

Arun , I do not agree. Google Adsense support teams clearly mentioned that, they will only response those email if they fill necessary to answer. Most likely your issued did not pass Google Support team level of important to answer.
Google will defiantly answer all questions if it is important but it may delay 48 to 72 hours because of heavy traffic.

I had the same issue over an year ago and at time they responded to me within 2 days for sure. I do not know how or why the same level issue is treated differently now.

I am not sure if I am contacting them in the wrong way. Last year I contacted them through the URL: https://www.google.com/adsense/support/bin/request.py and I believe there was an option like "Others" using which we could submit the query directly instead of being shown the FAQs. They seem to have removed that option now and since I could not find any option there to submit the question using a form, I sent an email to adsense-support (at) google (dot) com using the same email address which is linked to my Google Adsense account. I received an auto reply after a couple of hours (wierd that is wasn't an auto response as it did not come immediately) and I replied to that email as mentioned in the instructions. I hope this is the correct method to contact Google Adsense support? They certainly seem to want to limit answering publishers these days, else they wouldn't have removed the option to submit the question online.

well, I just received a reply atlast! The reply was that the check reissue request was processed. So maybe they were waiting for starting the reissue request before replying. It took about a month for them to just start the check reissue request process! Anyway it does look like Adsense support is going downhill these days.
