I have google adsense account. I got my first payment check $109. For every transaction my bank take $18. I loss huge money for my country bank. This is the big problem for me. I am finding any payment system where google will send money like my moneybookers account. I don't know. Is it possible?

Can i accept money to my moneybookers account from Google adsense?

Please, give me some idea !

Sign in to your adsense and then visit this page: https://www.google.com/adsense/v3/app#paymentSettings

You will see the withdrawal methods available for your country. If you do not see Skrill there then you can not withdraw $$ to your Skrill.

There is no easy way to contact Google.
    Sign in to Google Adsense/Gmail
    Then go here: http://productforums.google.com/forum/#!forum/adsense
    Post a question.
If you are lucky then an employee from Google will answer your question. Usually, some general Google users answer the questions. But their answers are helpful too.

And do not expect that they will make MoneyBookers available for you within a short period of time. I think many people (Speicially who live in the Pakistan, India, Bangladesh and some African countries where Paypal is not available) already posted lots of questions/messages on the Google forum to drag attention of the Google Adsense. But as far as I know they still have not thought to add MoneyBookers on Adsense. That means for you, the only way to withdraw $$ is: Echeck.

Google doesn't allow MoneyBookers..... so you have just one method of receiving payment that is bank account...

Right now Google Adsense Payment is been paid in two ways. One is Check and the second one is Western Union Money Transfer. For Check, yes there is some charge from the bank and it takes time. But for western union money transfer, there is no extra fee and the process is very easy. I just withdrawn my last payment through Western Union Money transfer.
You can check whether your country is supporting western union money transfer or not. If yes then this is the best way. You only need to show the number and proper ID and you will get your payment within few minutes.
Moneybrooker which is now Skrill, does not support Google Adsense. So, no way if you do not have the option of Western Union Money transfer. Hope you understand.

As already said, you will see the payment methods for your country in your account. I do not think there is moneybookers/skrill option for anywhere!
If you are able, use WU - there is no any charge...at least for me.
Also few days ago I have got an email from adsense, in which they say that now simple bank transfers are supported.
Another few days back before that, I got a similar email from them about...about, dont remember it exactly but smth like single euro.....smth....some kind of different bank transfer in Europe. I think that is just about direct deposits/bank transfers, but they said that I have to check in my bank to see if it is supported from the bank.
All the above said is for Europe, you should check it for your exact destination.
Otherwise checks are boring, and at least in my country you have to fill in a lot of documents (haven't done it without a couple of beers for support of all the writing, but that was long ago)!
Once they started working with WU it is a pleasure :)

Google doesn't offer Skrill as a payout option. You're stuck with the check option.
