Hello there, I'm a webmaster like most of you out there, and I have adsenes. I've been reading quite a few of the threads on here, as well as doing some research as to how I can get the best out of adsense. I arrived on a link to this book http://www.adsense-secrets.com/ Has anyone purchased this? And if so has it helped you? I understand each case is different, but I want to get some feedback before perchasing some book for almost $80... Thanks in advance!

Come on Anthony, you need to be more business like and provide an email address or a link so people can pay you. musiq, there has been many ebooks that have claimed will help you earn more from adsense in exchange for a small charge. The most important tip is to gain traffic. Work on getting traffic and whereever you place the ads you will get some clickthrough which you can then alter for best performance.
Yes but what to alter, is key. I heard URL filtering of sites that offer freerprizes/stuff is good to do.
I aint had much success with that, I blocked any ebay ads from appearing and have not noticed any differences
Go and GOOGLE on adsense success, you will get hell lotta content to read.. why you are wasting 80 bucks in books...
LOL an 80 dollar ebook What a rip Its going to state stuff you already know or you can easily find for free. Dont waste your money.

Yeah, anyone can get more "secrets" reading Digital Point threads than they can from any E-books on the market

Ok, I have now read it and it is crap! Crap, crap, crap! Not worth $1 never mind $80. There are no 'secrets'. Allow me to sum up the information this book contains in a line or two: Read the Google guidelines and Adsense policy https://www.google.com/adsense/policies Make your ads fit in with your web design (colors, etc) Buy a tracker to analyse your web logs Yep, that's about it! In total the 'book' is 59 pages but that is only because a 12 point font, double spaced with many new paragraphs each requiring a double-double space between; was used. And that includes pictures to demonstrate how to change ad colors in adsense and how to use the channel feature which are designed more to crank up the page numbers to it's lofty level. The information the 'book' contains can be found in any forum and article on Adsense. The amazing thing is this person managed to squeeze and fluff it out as much as he did. A singularly useless document in my opinion. Keep your money in your pocket!
Ya most of those books are scams or duplications of online articles anyways . I find the best way to learn AS is to use it on domain(s) that have traffic. Watch your stats when you read a decent article like this one http://www.createonlinebusiness.com/adsense_tip30.htm, try employing some or all of these AS revenue boosting techniques. Keep an eye on your stats and you will quickly learn when you are heading in the right direction. Oh ya and make sure your keyword(s) strategy pays.
Yeah, what a rip-off. The sad part is there are so many of them about. Smoke and mirrors. I like your site, Homer. Some great Adsense advice in there as well as other useful stuff and by some terrific authors too.
About all of these books, are just the same things (rewritten or some time just copied) you can find on forums and blogs about adsense.
You can get more "secrets" for free by reading the ADSENSE forums here at DP and the Google forums. There is a million times more content here than in any of the books or SEO blogs.
Just like anything, no single source has everything. Oh wait, maybe DP does for free? This is my best find yet!
