Well are you tracking the clicks? are they from same IP ? Check this out: http://www.mattcutts.com/blog/andy-beal-and-shuman-on-click-fraud/
Adsense is not scam, But possibly adsense suspecting those clicks are not valid. Is your site a new one. Have you tried to generate artificial clicks using your friends and family? Because Google is very intelligent/. They can usually identify fraud clicks smartly.
Google Adsense is not a scam. Someone must have done multiple clicks on your ads and the Adsense system marked them as 'invalid'.
It's probably the free ads, just keep writing, don't worry about the "scam" links you think are going on, google adsense is much smarter than you might give them credit for, so you'll be fine
I heard even if you do whitehat stuff but your traffic doesn't convert for the a-d-v-e-r-t-i-s-e-r (<= this word is censored by DP), they'll ban you anyway. I also read in several different blogs and forums people got their account banned and they claimed that they've done nothing wrong. they said that they don't even know why they're banned.
You need to show that you are constantly working on your site and that your site is not just sitting there collecting dust.
adsense is definitely not a scam.. no earnings could be due to invalid clicks or maybe you just need to wait a little for the earnings/stats to update..
Adsense won't ruin their reputation for mere cents. It's just either you or someone is clicking your Adsense ads multiple times.
