They told me it was hard to navigate through the site.

I try to learn how to get a proxy up an running.
So far it's almost done I just have some links to edit.

    Here is the site http://www.oapo.tk/

Also if you have any other tips how to improve it would be appreciated.
    Thanks for reading this.

Don't label the AdSense texy units "Sponsors".
You need to either have no label at all, or one of the following "sponsored links" or "advertisements".

I also think that you should move the proxy window to the top so that people actually understand how to use your website.
And it is not wise to have a website where all your content is copied from other websites, if you're using AdSense.

It's not "just you." And life isn't fair. Screaming incoherently won't make it any more so, although it may make people less inclined to take you seriously or really give a rip about your problems one way or the other.

If you can start a tech blog, start one. Develop quality, original content, and re-apply. Don't count on getting approved for AdSense with a content-free website that exists solely to help people get around security measures, and don't plan on keeping AdSense if you try some lame stunt like setting up a blog to get approval and then reverting to a proxy site later.

you wont get approved from .tk domain, atleast get .com, .net .org

then create a blog or something

proxies dont get approved easily, unless u have huge load of traffic

you don't have sufficiant content on site. If you applied using this site's url then probably you wont get approved in ad-sense.

And also one thing - You are not allowed to use sponsored heading on adsense ads. Either clearly mention as this is Google ads or leave it blank.
