Popup ads and adsense are not allowed to exist together in one page, you can however put a popup ads on another page that doesn't has adsense

Do not put pop up ads on the same page as adsense.

Using pop-ups will get you banned from adsense.

Definitely don't use popups. Just put a banner on the page instead.

I think you cannot have Popups in an adsense implemented website. Its against their terms and policies.

This is from the official Google Adsense support site. Google does allow pop-ups, but only under certain conditions.

    Adsense Program Policies

    https://www.google.com/adsense/supp...&sourceid=aso&subid=ww-ww-et-asui&medium=link

    Site and Ad Behavior

Sites showing Google ads should be easy for users to navigate and should not contain excessive pop-ups. AdSense code may not be altered, nor may standard ad behavior be manipulated in any way that is not explicitly permitted by Google.

    * Sites showing Google ads may not contain pop-ups or pop-unders that interfere with site navigation, change user preferences, or initiate downloads.
