Do any of you use the Google AdSense Preview Tool?

I use it to filter out MFA websites. Should I also use it to filter out Commission Junction, Shopping Yahoo, and other affiliate sites?

Just wondering how much filtering you do?

I do a lot of filtering across all my sites. I filter some of the large networks because I know their CPC is dirt cheap - plus the ads are not target as well. Not only did my CTR go up, but also the amount per click.

The trouble is adsense needs to use some common sense. They should have an auto-optimize feature so that they display the most clicked ads. Of course such a feature should be optional to the publisher. It should not be that hard for Google to optimize ads for each site. Heck, domain parking companies do it and they don't have near the bankroll as Google!

typically any site name that begins with "best" or "all" or "about" or "find" or "top" is an mfa.
