Google Adsense Premiium?

    Did you notice many sites, like ezarticle have different Adsense format? Many are customized
    1. How can we get that kind of ads? Where to apply?
    2. Does these ads pay more? No negative effects, like smart-pricing? They have tons ads on one page

    You need 20,000,000 page views or more to even apply (even then you night not get accepted).

    You need a site with at least 5 million search queries or 20 million content ad views per month.

    Sites are CNN, AOL, IBNLive, About.com, etc. are examples of premium publishers.

    Premium Accounts are by invitation only and have special login page.

    I saw several small sites have those ads, I am sure they are not million PV site..

    That site belongs to an already approved premium publisher, obviously he will have only one adsense account so he will manage all his sites ads from the premium account
