Google Adsense Policies -- Supported Languages -- Violation

I have a query regarding Google Adsense and its policies. As per the supported languages list, Hindi is not a supported language for google adsense publishers.

However Navbharat website (http://www. navbharattimes.indiatimes.com) is actually using Adsense in its home page as well as on story detail page. Is there some exception available for big publishers or they have manuplated the adnsense code?

You guidance will be highly appreciated.

    Thanks in Advance

If you are registered with adsense using a website and adsense approved the account on that site, the owner of that site can use the same account number on his/her other sites or blogs also.

I'm not seeing any AdSense ads on the home page of that site. Looking at the HTML, the ads are being served up by netspiderads.indiatimes.com

When I open the page, the "Ads by Google" is cut off so I didn't see that.

It is an AdSense ad - but it's served up through javascript hosted on their own site.

Either India Times is knowingly violating the Adsense terms, or they are premium publishers who got special permission from AdSense. Considering their estimated traffic is about 150,000 visitors per day, it's may be the latter.

So when your site has as much traffic as India Times, you can hope that Google asks you to be a premium member, and you may get special allowances too.

Until then, you have to follow the AdSense Program Policies like everyone else.
