didn't verify my phone, but not in the US so it may be diffrent here

 

yeh nothing in international adsense verification except people are not getting there pin codes.

 

Phone verification is one way to find out wether the publisher is true or just using dummy account. It's like creating an account on gamil, they also need to verify your accouhnt through your phone.

 

I think it's pointing to those international publisher which account in the u.s!
