Google adsense pays for impressions???

I thought adsense only paid out for clicks.?..?

I installed adsense in one of my old sites (little traffic), and checked it today, $0.04 with 0 clicks! I'm lost...

Maybe it's time to move from valueclick to google

 

yeah google can pay per impression depends on the category, if your in the AdWords catalog or if somebody is intereseted in advertising on your site as a whole.

To check click advanced reports, then theres a jump menu at the bottom, select individual ads, and check the tick box below that and click generate report.

i think that google doesn't pay per impression, GA pay per click only

 

Google adsense does pay per impressions, depends on your niche.

Does anyone know what the CPM rate when Google pays per impression depend upon? In other words does PR matter in this case?

 

I agree with Jade767, I hardly earn anything with it. Peanuts compared to what I get for clicks.

can Google pay per impression to me ? I have ~50-100.000 impressions a day

 

i have been paid when no clicks have been made think i got like $0.02 been paid a few times with no clicks.

 

It depends if some advertiser is willing to advertise at CPM basis on your site. This is my understanding.

 

I thought google pays for impressions for the image ads..?
