    I make some changing on my advertising layout, hope these Adsense optimization can make more money from Adsense. Now, April Google Adsense Page CTR is 1.27%, Is it high or low?     For me yes it is way too low since I accept CTR of 5% minimum.

    But looking at your ad placement, your CTR is correct. If you want more you need to place the ads where they should be.

    I won't have time to do a lecture, but I can answer precise questions. I'm not an expert since I usually settle for 5% CTR and don't try to optimize it after that. Some people are really serious about it and do a lot of A/B testing even when they already have high CTRs.

    replace 468x60 with 336x280 .

    your ctr is good but replacing would get you more clicks

    Yeah just keep forcing more and more ads in peoples faces.

    Remember to keep adding more and more google ads until your website looks like a shrine to google, I'm sure your visitors will enjoy it....

    It is pretty low CTR. Thats mainly because when someone looks at your site, their interest never goes towards the ads, which should not be the case. I too don't settle anything less than 5% CTR. Rather my sites maintain 7% CTR on an average.

    Ensure that visitors get attracted to the Ads naturally (not by breaking TOS).
