Okay, Im getting a followup email from google I'm writing to follow up and to ensure that you received my previous email which included an invitation to join the Google AdSense Optimization program. After examining your account, we believe that an Optimization specialist would be able to help you to maximize the earning potential of your site, mysite.com. Should you decide to participate, I'll provide you with a screenshot demonstrating an optimized layout of your site. The goal of the new layout is to improve your site's click-through rate, and as a result, boost your overall AdSense revenue. If you'd like to see a short case study, please visit https://www.google.com/adsense/askthebuilder to learn more about one publisher's experience with site optimization. You can also view our optimization principles in practice by visiting http://www.askthebuilder.com/BuildingTips.shtml and http://www.askthebuilder.com/010_2_How_to_Square_Something.shtml . A few of these principles include blending ad colors, implementing link units, and placing ads in traditionally well-performing locations. If you're interested in participating in this program, or would like more information, please reply to this email to let me know. As this program is only available by invitation to a limited number of publishers, we ask that you please refrain from sharing this information with the media or with other AdSense publishers. I'll look forward to hearing back from you. Cheers, Max The Google AdSense Optimization Team Code (markup): I like how I design my site, Im not sure what they have to offer. I read another thread on this site on the same topic, but no real answers. Anybody get the same email, is this thing worth looking into? I dont mind increasing my revenue $$ but I dunno about having the google team redesign my site
I getlinks to optimization in the adsense login, but they don't have any messages.. It usuall come at the beginning of the month.
I'm sure you don't have to go with what they suggest. I've heard some people have decided against the changes they recommended, or changed their site for a while, then changed it back as it didn't work out better for them. It probably can't hurt to get their ideas... since they are supposed to be experts in their field... then make your own decision as to whether to try them out, some of them, or none.
is adsense helping about the optimization? i'm only seeing a small message when i login the adsense account
No, Adsense doesn't help you and verify your optimization unless you are a premium publisher an human will.
I got one from them that said I should remove some sites from my ad filter.. I'mma check the link they provided and see.
Max sent me an email a while back as well. He was very helpful in creating the adcode and sending me .png files with specific spots where he thinks the ads should go. I took many of his tips and implemented them. He said that he will monitor the account and check back in with me a few weeks later. You can respond to his email, just NEVER, NEVER give away your password and if he gives you an adcode, just be sure to check the publisher-id. If everything checks out and he is legit, listen to what he has to say... he is very helpful.
when you have a relatively high revenue, adsense team gets notified. an optimization specialist will assign to you and email you if you are interested to take part. They will - review your sites - suggest layout / ad units with screen capture Then you decide whether to implement their layout. If you implemented their layout, they will follow up with you and monitor if the new layout has any improvement.
I received the same email but never replied because i am afraid they will keep a close monitor on my adsense account, not that i am doing something bad, I have reserve good spots for affiliate marketing as it earns much more than adsense.
