    Hello,

I just want to be sure, is it under the compliance of TOS, that if i put my adsense code on a site which has be disabled by the google as his owner used another unlawful methods to get more money out of the adsense, but unfortunately was catch. I just bought his site and its according to me under the TOS. Foolish boy, if he hadnt tried out unlawful activity, i bet this site must have earned him good moeny.

So my basic question is, can i put my adsense code on site which has previous been disabled from google adsense.I tested out my code on that site, it works fine. But before putting up, i just want to confirm.

    Thanks for your time

    Regards,

    Admans.

Normally you can not, and many people have had his account disabled to be related to a previous disabled account.

Write Google Adsense support and tell them the history, they will get back to you. You have chances that, after talking to them, they let you use Adsense on that domain. If they do, keep that email as it could be the only thing you have in case of problems.

By the way: "unfortunately was catch"?

    Sorry "was caught."

And what if he had that domain as a channel. I mean not is main site but a channel on which he had his ads on? I mean his another site. Just talked to him, he didnt actually apply with that domain but with another domain. Will i have to contact google support still or in this case i dont?

I think the comment was more directed at unfortunately then the spelling error...

blinxdk is right. It was more directed at "unfortunately" than to the spelling. In fact, my English is quite basic so you won't see me correcting people.

Now: it doesn't matter if it was a channel or the website he used to apply. If you are using your Adsense account in there you actually have a problem. Take the ads out now.

Go and email the Adsense staff, that the better you can do. And if by any chance you are gonna buy any website at any time, try to delay the procces untill you can check with de AS staff if this site is ok or banned by them.

You should contact Adsense, tell them you just purchased the site, and ask if you can run adsense on it. Better safe than sorry.

Yes, always err on the side of caution and play it safe, don't ever "assume" anything regarding adsense, make sure you check it out yourself - they seem very fickle, once you are banned, it is hard to get back into their good graces

    Domain banned or Account banned?

If your account was banned, your domain still use with other Adsense account. If you domain was banned, pro has said already.

if the domain was banned, you can still actually put adsense ads from a new adsense account on the pages of that domain, so long as first, you tell adsense about it and the circumstances and second, make sure that this time around, the domain or site follows the TOS and policies of adsense...

don't make the same mistake twice as that will be foolishness

I like how everyone still replied trying to help despite the fact that it's a very old thread.

Still, now I'm doing it too, I guess.

Hahaha...i think its time this thread gets closed. BTW, if you still wondering what happened with me and that website, here is the updated info.

Google replied and rejected my request. I moved on and created another websites and still doing so. So moral of the story, do not EVER put your adsense code on Banned websites...atleast for me. Things might be different now. YMMV
