Hi If you can post by yourself then you can go on with the Website In the forum when it gets established ,Even if you dont answer others can post and make the Site look active,in that way ur site gets updated frequently EVEN IT DEPENDS ON THE KIND OF NICHE U RUN and so on...........
Don't look for what is best for earning money. Look for topic that you are interested in. Brain surgery may be good for making money. But I doubt you will make some with this kind of forum.

You have to right idea with forums, I just started one also because we need to create something that have the ability to be sticky and forums are perfect for that. You need USERS thats the hardest thing to get but once you do you should be alright.
