    Hi,

I have rencently asked opinions on google adsense, and now I am positive it is dieing. A few months back I had $150 per day revenue, but currently I have a higher ctr and gaining only $100 a day. I am scared that google adsense will keep dropping these prices they send to us. I mean we are making them money and they are treating us like we are nothing to them. Also I read on the news google spends millions of dollars to protect the advertisers, but they spend almost nothing to protect the publishers. Anyways what is your opinion? Has your revenue gone down with a higher ctr too?

People still live of Adsense but not to fulfill all their dreams. Meaning, do not only count on Adsense that it will give you big money everyday.

If you see the AdSense earning you will notice in the long run they pay less and less (for more and more clicks). I'm not sure if that has something to do with your account being SmartPriced or something similar but it's quite annoying. Not to mention the US dollar is so low right now in comparison to the euro.

Too many variables to say for sure. Unfortunately, we also had the variables of a crappy web host that managed to crash and burn our ongoing operation... just now getting back to where things were (with a new web host!)... so, it would kind of skew things! LOL!

My AdSense is groving and groving, it depends on ninche, my best months are right now and I'll have a drop on holidays up to xmass. Same every year. But when I'm looking at my eCPM in 2005 now it's 5 times bigger.

You are great at english haha, don't worry... French is a language i am learning right now,, parce que je ne parle francais tres bien. And I think the reason for your increase is that you were getting lower but then you have higher traffic and you got higher. I was already getting high but it dropped...

Adsense isn't dieing. Google is just getting stingy with the payouts.

we can not live on adsense, we have to study some other ads skills also, such adbrite, or selling something online.

Just don't put all your eggs in one basket. And create a buffer of income to offset fluctuations.

i don't think adsense is dying anytime soon. it just got over saturated with publishers. it might not get back to where it was before, but its not dying anytime soon

I think it depends on your niche and your site. Both fluctuate greatly. Adsense is certainly not dying.

as long as google stays... adsense isn't dying... try to gain traffic and you can't tell the difference.

Why is it that one person's earnings fall, and suddenly Google is dead and the world is ending? Get real. This is only YOUR situation and not everyone else's. Personally, I had my best day EVER with Adsense two days ago -- and I've been doing it since they started the program years ago. Google is far from dying. Find out what is wrong with your site and traffic, and you'll improve your earnings.

This thread is a funny read. Almost as if some of the people, who are claiming AdSense is dead, have lived the last 6 months with their head buried in the sand. Have you heard about the state of the US economy, global energy prices, etc. You may be living in a country other than the US but what did you think, that these would not affect marketing and thus your ad revenues?
