I am also using Google adsense.I think Google is paying well as compare to yahoo.yahoo is only for US but google is for all over the world.
Yahoo is difficult to get in... its been in Beta for eternity. Google Adsense works very well if your trafic is mostly from search engine, because it targets the search phrase. Adsense can be very poor if your site is not product/service focus and have mostly repeated visitors... they don't click, especially that due to targeting algo, Adsense tend to show the same ads over and over again.

Adsense is better because it allow every users to signup all over the world.It has enormous user base.
Google allows International members, that is its biggest benefit over Yahoo moreover, Google pays more revenue to publishers, much more than yahoo or any other network.

I think that yahoo and google got their own pros and cons. Google have been around for years while yahoo just get started. So yahoo has a lot to catch up. The good thing about the publishers is that they are more options for them to choose from. It is a win-win situations.
Only thing I dont like about Google Adsense is that you got to have atleast 60GBP to checkout. They also send you verfication to confirm if its you.
Adsense is better, in term of ctr and also earning. Google has a lot of experience, thus it's logical for them being the leader now. Not sure till when tho
