Google Adsense - Invalid Traffic Source

I don't know if you know about adf.ly It's a tool that uses interstitial advertisments and you can advertise your website and when a user clicks when an adf.ly link, firstly, the user is shown the interstitial add and then the requested page.

Well I used this to advertise one of my sites that is running adsense. I wonder if I broke the adsense policies with that

That could be the cause.

 

Why should that be a cause for breaking the adsense policies?

My personal view is that it interstitial advertisements are annoying things for web site's visitors.

It is better to ask this question in Adsense official help forum to get a good answer.

 

adf.ly iframing your site, that's might violate Adsense TOS...
