Google adsense image ad's

Hey i have a question about google adsense and there image ad's.

Do you get paid more per click on a image ad than a text ad?

I don't know, but I sure do hate the graphic ads. It seems we're back to 1995

 

I did get a few clicks on image ads, and these were worth slightly more than regular text ads. However the clickthrough rate was so abysmal that I quickly opted out.

 

I think that's for good reason. I don't think I'm alone in my absolute hatred of banner ads. I love text ads because they are so non-invasive and as much as I hate to click on any advertising, I actually click on text ads now and then if it's something I'm interested in and it's well written.

 

I could not agree more.

 

People ignore anything in a box. Remove the border from an Adsense ad you I guarantee your CTR will go up even if it is just a fraction of a percent.
