    You're going to want to optimize your forum a lot better. That leaderboard down at the bottom of the page isn't going to help at all - move that to under the navigation bar. Put another leaderboard under the first post of a thread, that'll help also.

    Do that and you'll see your CTR improve by quite a lot.

    Quality traffic and targeted visitors are the most important factor in getting more adsense revenue. You should learn SEO tips, submit your site to directories, do some article submission, forum posting, etc. It will increase your traffic and hence revenue.

    As already posted there are two issues:
    • More traffic = more $$
    • Forums usually have poor earnings
    So obviously do what you can to work on getting more traffic. Then work on optimizing your Adsense (in a forum there is not a lot you can do).

    In my forums area earnings were pretty poor, but by adding Kontera I was able to increase my overall earnings by almost 75% without any noticeable decrease in Adsense earnings. I also added AuctionAds which you can target to items that your visitors will be interested in. It brings in a few hundred $$ each month..
