what are the source of that list? if you came up with this list on your own, then how much do they earn? you just cannot put a list togather saying its a high [aying KW without any evidence or payout rate. besides, these kinda list get posted one or 2 every day. if you dont know how to optimize your site for adsense and how to drive traffic, a list itself is no good
Dear brother, i am google adwords professional but i use 4 different tools to check the accuracy for my keywords. i earned from this trick 15.6$ for 6 clicks and i think this wont be bad for ally you guys if you have more than 100 clicks on adsense ads then you can earn much if you target high price keywords
I laugh every time i see this ...the high priced keywords is not a good idea anymore, Your going to get google slapped by the "Smart Pricing". Google firstly checks the value of your website by looking at your websites page rank if you have a low page rank crappy website Google will pay you as low as 1cent per click and besides that Google gives advertisers the options to block out websites which they don't like, So even if you generate a lot of traffic and get a lot of clicks, if the advertisers doesn't like your website their going to block you. Bottom line is that you need a great website with a good page rank to be raking in dollars per click ....Now you need to impress the advertisers also. Adsense has changed you need to keep up with the new game, ....Seriously if the CPC is around $5 then you should know that they are professional advertisers who are bidding on that keyword and they won't want their ads displayed on crappy websites. All I'm saying is that if you go for high paying keywords without an amazing website your going to end up being blocked by the advertisers, Google will be paying you as low as 1cent per click and eventually have irrelevant ads displaying on your site.
The real thing that matters is the amount of traffic that you get. You can earn from any niche. Anyway, thanks for the list.
Whatever keyword you may have, if your site has low traffic and your visitors are not from US or UK, you still get lower CPC...
Infact the USA , UK, Canada, Astralia traffic generates high priced incom, but the keywords cant be forgotton because the advertisers are bidding on keywords bases and a good keywords site can earn much with some clicks that a highy traffic but not adsense optimized site will earn from many clicks so keywords can make you good wether you are having high traffic or low traffic but they will make your CPM high
The OP's keyword list for Loans, Credit, Mortgage is pretty correct.. I own a mortgage and credit related website and clicks under $1 are rare. But.. Would i suggest starting a site in the niche? No definitely not, the competition is pretty fierce and you will have a tough time generating enough traffic to make it worth while. I know a lot about SEO and Web Development and even i've had to put a lot of time and work in to it. You are far better off finding a niche with an average click price and targeting that. Sure you get less per click but ranking and getting those clicks will be a lot easier and will start rolling in a lot sooner.
