Having a domain name increases your chances of being AdSense approved.

Adsense will also look that your site has SOME content on it like posts and articles. They want to feel that visitors will want to come to your site and spend time, thus showing more of googles ads. Just make sure you've got some stuff on your site and if they deny you, you can always go back and reapply a few weeks later.

Its not going to get approved. Adsense hardly ever approves recipe sites these days as it next to impossible to create a new recipe site that meets the criteria of having UNIQUE and COMPELLING content. Your site has neither.

Also, you appear to have illegally stolen the images from other sites. Adsense want no part of such illegal activity.

It's been under review for 6 months or you've been reapplying for 6 months? If it's been under review for 6 months straight something's wrong because I've never heard of Google just not responding they usually at least send a denial email.
