    Hello Dear,

    I have website with photos who get ban from Google Adsense,
    reason was: naked photos
    There online a lot similar websites with 100% same photos who work with Adsense without get banned, work more then 1 year, how i get banned in 2 week and they work more then 1 year without problem with 100% same photos, not dmca because like i say reason for my banned was: naked photos they somehow avoid ban, anyone know how ?

    If other sites are also not compliant with the terms and conditions, report them. Google can only ban sites that it knows about.

    According to google guideline you can't add adsense on pron related websites if you saw same kind of image on other websites, then you can complaint to Google about this may be Google still didn't notice that site or they guys added that pick after add adsense on their website.
