Google Adsense dont care to reply back on disable acc.

Few days back, I have received a mail from google saying that my adsense account is disabled due to illegal clicks, in-turn i have replied and provided them a complete explanation regarding the same, but they dont even care to reply back. I am really new to AdSense and my website is doing great, and i have just started making money, but one day all of the sudden I have received a mail from google that my account is disabled, I dont know why this happened and after mailing back with a reason, I have never heard from them again, this was really disappointing and never expected from company like GOOGLE. I think if they are tracking the IP Address & Clicks, they should show it in the reports instead of running at the background so that account holder can also identify illegal activities going on their websites, also if google feels that there is any violation to their policies, they can inform back to a account holder and provide him/her a warning or a grace period before straight away disabling their accounts. Google can also reduce their earnings from the day the policies are being violated instead of holding back the entire amount or completely disabling the account, this will make adsense services more robust & convenient for its customers.

It's always Good to have some heated competition towards Google these days. I think Google's business practices sucks big time. I don't think it would be possible in your power to get your account back.

Have you looked into other revenue based programs like CPA / CPM?

invalid clicks means a lot of things, not just clicks made by yourself, and they never gonna tell you exactly what it was...it may be even bad conversion

Actually, if they did this then Adsense would be more open for people to commit fraud. The less people know about their tracking system the less chance there is for people to get away with fraud.

Support will take their time in replying to your case. If you have supplied them with stats etc they will need to review all information about your account. You can be sure they are not going to rush looking into the issue of a banned account.

What expanation is there to give ?

Either you did it - or you didn't.

If Google suspect you of fraud - why should they let you carry on with their services?

Would you stop a burgler breaking into your home and offer them a grace period to change their ways ?

Uhm.. if theres an explanation, you know what happened. And if something happened you need to explain, then you most likely committed fraud.

My sites received 100 clicks in about 30 minutes about a year ago. Each click was for 0.01. I received an email from Google explaining the issue, and let me know that they knew it was nothing we did.

In my personal experience, Google has not been quick to cancel accounts. I agree that they only ban accounts after giving an account the due diligence it deserves.

Sorry if I don't just jump out and believe you but I've heard it all before....I've even had my account disabled before...for something months after I did it...Google is smart and they have software that can detect most if not all invalid clicks..

I have even seen instances where friends click on your ads thinking that they are doing you a favor.

Sending them copies of your server logs can help to clear up any problems
