Google Adsense DMCA Complaint. Please Help me

I used google adsense and they send me a DCMA complain about one of my site. As soon I got the complaint I delete whole web site and inform them. They said thank for respond their complain and they ask me to Fill counter notification to keep activate my Adsense account.

I want to know. I already delete whole web site. If I send the counter notification will Google one Complained party can take Legal Action against me. This is the for they require to obtain through me https://www.google.com/adsense/support

 

If you have complied with the request, there is little that they can do.

 

Please help me if I send That form after deleting my whole site will it be a problem for me...

If you want the DMCA explained to you, contact a lawyer who has been admitted to the bar somewhere in the United States.

If you already filled up the form then all you need to do is wait and pray that your adsense will be activated again.

You don't need to delete the whole website

only delete the given page and fill their counter form

Make sure you never put that contact again on your site and your account will be ok
