    Can i use Google AdSense & Commission Junction in same site ? It is problem with AdSense Police ?

    Definitely zero problems with this. They're a different system as Adsense determines the content and shows ads. Whereas, CJ YOU decided the content and place the affiliate links.

    There is no problem for using both. Even u can use Google Adwords for promoting CJ products without violating terms and conditions.

    I don't think you should use them together because your visitor will leave your site after clicking on an adsense ad

    True but if you can target a visitor correctly then you can usually have the targetted visitors clicking the CJ links while the browsers will click the adsense ads. Plus you can set a cookie with the cj links.... But it's definitely something to test.
