    Yes, I believe he means that instead of google seeing you requesting clicks directly on your site, then google won't find you promoting this since you are doing the requests on another site. In essence, you won't be caught as easily. (I don't really agree with that, or the idea behind it, just trying to "translate" for you) :)

    (okay, not sure if I explained that clearly) :p
