Google AdSense Channel ID for DP

I want to track my Adsense earnings from DP. How can I find Google AdSense Channel ID ? Whats is the Format? Is it the name of the channel ?

I'm having trouble with this too. I created a channel in Adsense called dp but when I enter this into my DP profile I get the following error:

I renamed the channel to digitalp (thought maybe "dp" was too short), but I still get the same error.

 

same thing happened with me..i gave up alas

you need to enter the channel number as far as I know. So generate the ad code and select your channel and then enter that channel ID when you view the HTML.

 

I think I figured it out... only time will tell.

Go into Adsenes Set-up, go through the motions as if you were creating a new ad. Be sure to select the channel you created for DP. When you get to the page where Google provides the ad code, look for

That is the number you need to enter in your user options.

 

huh...still not understood..but heck i will try it myself now

 

okay here is a tip,

just go simply generate any google adsense code.

once you are completed,

just go find for the word "channel" in the adsense code.

and thats your channel id.
