    Are you talking about mobile phone niche? It comes under tech niche and CPC is usually $0.10-0.80 avg. but sometimes it may cross that mark as well.
    It actually depends on traffic coming from which countries.

    i think.. as long as your ads show, and there is no fraud click activity in your mobile application im sure adsense will pay you.
