I think It could be because you're providing softwares for free which actually cost money in reality to the owners?
Perhaps you shuold try reading their TOS and FAQs to get to know the thing better.

Your domain name will must 6 month old and write 60 post on your blog then you apply for adsense.

You would have a better chance if you got a real domain and hosting. and you will probably have to write some text to go on the pages. unique text. The pages only have an image on them.
and if you are giving away something that is not yours, the software, then you will not get approved anyway.

buy a domain from Godaddy.com
get hosting from hostgator.com or bluehost, dreamhost etc...
write unique, quality content for the pages.
Be sure you have rights to sell or give away the software you have posted, if not remove it.
then try again.

I really don't see you getting approved with that site anyway but that's just my opinion.

With such a site, you'll never get adsense approved. You don't even need your own domain and hosting (it helps).

That would be best, but I saw many blogger/wordpress sites that were basically photoblogs with only a few text beneath the pictures and they got approved.
What I want to say: You need unique, quality content (the "lot" helps)

 

They're hardly the same. If it was a photography blog, my advice would have been different.

Maybe the content is contrary to the policy of Adsense ?

 

Put unique content, follow Google TOS and reapply. If you ask me what is google adsense TOS, ask Google.

There is no content at all, by looking at the URL using too many hyphens, using too many hyphens may be recognized as SPAM in google. Try to link up with social media (Google+1)
